Our five criteria
We normally score formula or performance, information transparency, ease of use, value for money, and market availability. Weights can change when a category needs a different emphasis.
We verify the product
We check official ingredients, nutrition panels, serving sizes, specifications, warnings, and regional versions before assigning a score.
We separate evidence
Manufacturer information, independent guidance, and editorial judgment are different things. We do not claim personal use or taste testing unless it actually occurred.
